Safety, conduct and liability
The rules in brief
- Competitions and/or training sessions with motorcycles take place on the circuit
- Entering this site is at your own risk
- It is not permitted to be in the parts of the facility that the club has designated as 'off-limits to the public'.
- As a spectator or helper, you may not be on the circuit and/or in the safety zones
- During free training sessions there may be no, or not enough, flag marshals on the track. You always train at your own risk and must watch out for fallen riders or other obstacles on the track yourself.
- In the event of a breakdown, or if you fall in a spot with poor visibility, you must first get yourself to safety and warn the other riders of the danger.
- Holding a valid KNMV or MON licence is mandatory to ride on the track. You must be able to show it on request of the organiser or a government authority.
- Parking along the track and in other damage-prone spots is entirely at your own risk and is not the responsibility of the club or the KNMV/MON.
- You may not hold the owner of the facility, the organiser, another rider or the KNMV/MON liable for any damage you incur through your presence at the facility.
- You must leave your spot clean when you leave
- Dogs and other animals must be kept on a leash.
Acceptance
Accepting these house rules is mandatory to use the facility of M.A.C. De Kempenrijders. You can fill it in on site at the circuit if applicable, but you can also fill it in online via our registration form, or download it as a PDF.
